I’m reaching out regarding a serious issue I encountered while editing my website on your platform.

Yesterday, I spent over three hours making edits to my site. Despite saving changes throughout my session, the site unexpectedly reset to an older version and published that outdated content. All of my recent edits were lost.

This is very concerning, both in terms of reliability and security. For example, if a hacker were to gain access and delete or alter content, there should be a clear way to restore a previous version of the site. Unfortunately, it seems there is currently no built-in mechanism to easily roll back or restore recent changes.

My requests and questions are:

1. Is there any way for me to recover or restore the version of the site I worked on for three hours?

2. Could you please add a version history/restore feature to Lindo.ai, so users can roll back to earlier saved versions when needed? This would provide critical protection against accidental data loss, system errors, or malicious edits.

3. If such a feature exists already, could you point me to how I can access it?

This functionality is essential for peace of mind and data integrity. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your guidance on restoring my lost edits as well as your plans to address this gap in the platform.

Very important, as well as a protection from hackers. With backups, it would be also a lot easier to move the websites if lindo servers break down or are getting hacked.
