I might be missing something but if you create a new page after the basic site is built it is called New Page and you can rename the URL reference but can you rename the Page Description?

If not this would be a useful feature when bulding.

Correction: I have just spotted this is possible on further checking in the site I am building. Click on the three dots in you dashboard against the page you want to rename. :)
